We want you to love your LANSY purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, please email to customer_care@thelansy.com with the subject line 'Return Request,' including the electronic copy of your receipt provided to you upon Checkout. Lansy welcomes you to return a new or gently used product at least 50% full for reimbursement if returned 45 days after your order. Returns made 46-60 days after purchase are eligible for Lansy Gift cards equivalent to the total refund amount. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label and mailing information when your request is approved.

• Package your return item in the LANSY packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
